Add multiple subdomain support #68

Hi, I needed exactly what it's described in issue #60 for a home lab proyect so I took the time to expand your scripts to allow setting a SUBDOMAINS environment variable (instead of the SUBDOMAIN) to update the root domain and also any of the subdomains if defined

I have been using this fork for a while and everything works just fine. This should be merged.
