Wiki: installing docker-compose can be done via apt-get #49

Hi,

Thanks for the instructions. I've just got a Raspberry Pi 4 and I'm going to try to run UNMS on it. First challenge was to install it.

On the wiki 2. Install Docker Compose this step worked for me with just: sudo apt-get install docker-compose
