Fixes #16
Show Applications label, and app icon's popup menu now shows on top side of dock
Fixes Y position bug on switching between workspace with different icon size in dock

Don't worry about the little things. When I have more free time i will get fork the code and clean it up.

No more invisible dock, so that is all cool. Also nice to see the popupmenu and tooltips at the top.

I think it is ok to merge.

More fixes and this would be the last before I'm starting to work on on adding settings
