No popover menu on running applications #20

I'm using 01dec11 on Gnome 3.12 and I don't get popover menus on any running application. The popovers only work on icons that don't have a running instance.

Keep in mind it is still in development. I appreciate your interest in this project, but expect a lot of bugs until version 1.0.
