Added Arduino IDE icon (Ozon/scalable/apps/arduino.svg) :rocket: #189

Created Arduino IDE and Firefox Developer Dition icons missing in the default Icon theme for OzonOS (fedora 21).

I've checked both files, you have to align the elements in the Arduino icon to the grid. And the color palette of the Firefox icon could definitely be different, it's too blue.

And please do not use borders on fill elements.

I used outlines in the firefox developer edition icon because the original icon has them 68747470733a2f2f6d646e2e6d6f7a696c6c6164656d6f732e6f72672f66696c65732f393134332f66697265666f782d6465762d65645f6c6f676f2d6f6e6c795f313032342e706e67

looks good for me for the Arduino one, but I'm not sure about the Firefox one, the countries are zoomed out, and on the original icon, we see the north of the uk.

I hope this makes it clear:

The logo is a vectorized image, as you can see it doesn't fit the pixel grid (press F3 on Inkscape). Icons for the theme have to fit this grid in order for them to look sharp.

@loctauxphilippe I don't see a problem with that.
