you need to use directly a command line window, not the window of python, if you never do this before this video can help you

With the console open just update the page, all the network tab only show the Information loaded on the moment, not after the pages loads

I added a req.txt file with all the dependencies for the script to run, check the readme file

Requirement already satisfied: that means that you already have those installed

but if you still have issues to install you can type on your terminal: pip install requests pip install tempfile etc

what are you trying to download just to check that doesn't have to do with the course, also you already download anything or it's the first try? Check that you have downloaded or clone everything because looks like you don't download or erase the folder pyarmor_runtine_000000
