Implement filter by severity #1

It should be useful to have ability to filter result of dtrack-audit sync by severity of findings.

Fixed in 9e112e677fbe3f5408fde223950cd34ca78a6fca

Now when sync mode is enabled with -s it is possible to specify minimal level of severity to report with -g flag.
