We need to get Mozillians.org community web service credentials.

Don't publish them to this bug :) Just get the process going and we'll hand them off to whomever is running instances of the scripts that power this project.

Also - the APIs and terms of service don't work very well with our idea. I've filed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=932483 which proposes a new RandomUser API.
