Create Spotlight DB #5

Create a database for the following bits of information

all email addresses from mozillians.org
if an email address has been contacted and when
if an email address has added a video
if the user has ever logged in
if an email address wishes to unsubscribe

For a video upload

Person's Full Name
Date of Spotlight
Embed code
