Follow me links should be humane #8

The list of links in the "follow me on the web" section should link to HTML pages and not the original feeds. Also we should add link tags with links to the feed sources in the head of the document.

We need to track and allow editing the following fields for a Source

website url
website title
feed url

Currently we have the feed title and feed url.
