Following the recent change in the fitting algorithm (allowing scaling factors greater than 1), example JSON topology files under airconics/resources/configuration_app/presets produce oddly proportioned geometries.

This should be done after #12, once a solid fitting and scaling algorithm has been set and not likely to change.
