The option to accurately compute and log wall forces;
A fix for integer overflow under load.f90, which could occur for very large domains;
A fix for the pencil-slicing approach when the number of grid points along the extruded direction is low;
A more elaborate inflow where not only the normal but also tangential velocities may be prescribed.
n.b.: the implementation with outflow routines has been masked, since it still needs some further testing. It is present under tag: with-outflow, and will be brought to life after a more extensive validation.
