Adding ability to add scripts to /etc/argos #97

This will allows developers of Argos scripts to package them for system-wide installation (and package manager tracking)

I am not sure about this. At least users should be able to override system-wide scripts with local scripts of the same name. Argos is for convenience, not for forcing certain functionality upon users.
