Pane command broadcasting #220

Related to #213 it would be useful to be able to broadcast to multiple panes. For example, if I have 4 panes open each ssh'd into different servers I can type in one pane and have the same actions performed on all 4 servers.

Gnome Terminator has this feature and also includes 'groups' where commands are only broadcasted to other panes of the same group.
