GNU Screen and clear on Elementary OS #247

GNU Screen and the clear command don't behave quite as expected, they leave tearing and garbage text, the cursor also gets lost.

You may want to try tmux instead, that's what I did after found screen doesn't work properly

I don't want to move from screen. I like screen
