Guake mode : set windows always on top #290

On Gnome Shell, Final Term window in guake mode are not always on top nor focused. By pressing F12 gnome shell pop-up a "Final term is ready" message but do not bring focus to Final Term window : it must be focused manually (alt-tab...).
