Semantic file menu needs to use absolute path #337

Currently, the semantic file menu will only use the filename or directory name as the argument to any of the tools accessible from it, but it need to use the absolute path so that you can click on and utilize the file or directory while in a different working directory. Being able to copy the absolute path of a file to the clipboard would also be very useful.
