opensuse 12.3 #345

Greetings, Is there any hope for me installing this on opensuse 12.3? I've tried my best but I just can't get it to work. I only see a download for opensuse 13.1 on their site which does not work on 12.3. any help would be appreciated.

You can always compile from source, which should be pretty straightforward given the instructions in the readme. Just ask if you encounter any specific problems when compiling.

Installing from source have too many dependencies that themselves just don't want to compile without errors like mx, gee and keybinder. Why is there no package for suse 12.3 when there is one for 13.1?

I am not the maintainer of that package so I'm afraid I cannot answer that question. Official packaging (maybe also for OpenSUSE) is going to come at a later date once Final Term is stable. For now, I am closing this issue.
