Plotinus running universal causes flatpak apps to fail on startup #51

Flatpak's warn that plotinus is missing and fails to launch. The only way to solve this is to make it where flatpak can't detect system or local files.

I solved the problem by manually putting allowing permission for flatpaks to access xdg-pictures,music,download,desktop and a few other local directories I use. Plotinus is now stored in /home/username/applications/plotinus, so if /home/ or /applications/ are permitted by flatpak they will fail to launch because of plotinus.
