Changes Made

Disabled hover effect for pink logos on the homepage to avoid confusing users and disrupting their navigation by linking to the page they are already on.
Changed the color of logo2 in the active state effect according to the style guide.
Added a link for the logo on the form page to the index.
Added an active state for the logo.
