Wierd little delete text in top left corner when deleting questions not yet saved #142

Specifically, create a new exam, create a truefalse question, click the x in the top right : when I do this I see "delete" in the top left corner of the page?

Ah I thought i fixed this. It's a semantic glitch; when you have a popover and delete the element it belonged to, it then attaches to the body and stays there.

This should not happen if you're up to date with master. I put it in the delete logic to hide all popups before deleting the element
