Could be related to the problem spawning front RealSense this morning, as this is the one which pertains to (most of) the floor tracking. It's a bit weird and the only thing I can think is related to overheating, but that probably wouldn't explain the wonky tracking of this issue.
This didn't happen on the MSR Double (in demo video) so it might be a hardware/firmware problem.
Believe this is just a D3 callibration issue, nothing to do with the project.
Might be out of scope if it's just the Double screwing up, but at least a quick fix needs to be found for it.
