CanTool not being returned clientside #124

Hello, PatchProtect doesn't seem to be running the cantool check clientside like FPP does, I spoke to Nebual about Nadmod and he is going to try add it this weekend, I have also left an issue request with the dev of SPP.

This is highly needed for clientside tools to avoid heavy networking so I was wondering if you would be interested in adding the functionality to PatchProtect also?

Hi Sam, at the moment we're very busy with other things and don't have enough time to make any improvements or additions to the mod. But we accept pull requests, if we looked up the code and think it is ok. Only critical fixes are going to be made, where I am not forced to open gmod, because of time reasons. I will leave this issue open and try to implement it, when I got more time to implement it nicely.
