The Waterbirds dataset's link is invalid #158

Hi,

The Waterbirds dataset with UUID: '0x505056d5cdea4e4eaa0e242cbfe2daa4" on CodaLab is invalid right now with Error: 404 (cannot manually download it from the link or the page). It would be greatly appreciated if you could kindly fix it.

Having similar issue with CivilComments, UUID: '0x8cd3de0634154aeaad2ee6eb96723c6e' on CodaLab. 404 Error: Path '' in bundle 0x8cd3de0634154aeaad2ee6eb96723c6e not found.

Thanks for your interest! Some datasets were down due to a Codalab issue, but this should now be resolved!
