Make the access to the Iksanika's Stock Inventory Manager module controllable per a role #21

I also need the extension to be able to be set as a role in user roles. Seems they made this so only an administrator role can use it. Is it a big deal to add the extension as a role you can check?

I also still need a role resource so I can allow or disallow this extension. Currently only way to access is with full Admin rights
