Added Contact and Thank You pages #20

Removing materialize isn't in the scope of this issue. The issue was only to add a contact page without changing the framework being used.

Actually, bootstrap was already included, so i went ahead and used it. But it created problems.

Also I'm not sure but wouldn't using bootstrap instead of materialize cause problems with other pages that rely on that?

For that specifically, I created another layout. Maybe it is wrong in jekyll to have another layout.

I'm sure you can make the contact page work with materialize too

Yeah, I sure can :) Will do it by today EOD.

Also lets stick to English as our medium of communication.
