added ask question button, fixes #82 #83

I added the ask question button and changed the get help and learn more to only Learn more. The ask buuton is similar in look attributes to Learn more button. #82

Absolutely. The link above shows some great introductory steps, and there are a selection of first-timers issues there to choose from.
