Just a suggestion: Since the Origin Overlay cannot be disabled in Steam, a simple batch file renaming igo64.dll should be enough to disable it, and it could be run at the same time of the FOEA install.

Origin Overlay can be disabled in Origin itself — just open Origin after installing this and disable it in settings.

Steam installs (at least in the games I checked) have their own "mini origin" setup. Disabling the overlay in the normal Origin overlay doesn't do anything to these, you have to disable it by entering the settings by accessing the overlay in-game.

They don't any more for a long time — they have all been replaced with EA App installer.

There are no two Origins, only one.
