Update plugin installation process #14

The installation process has changed. Now the plugins panel contains Plugins Admin and notepad++ reboot is no longer needed. image

It still asks the user to confirm restarting Notepad++ however: obraz

I updated the readme independently with some other changes, so closing this PR
