Launching Applications #9

Was hoping to launch a Docker Application. In this instance, it seems Vultr requires you to choose the OS as "Application" and then further specify the Application itself. Perhaps it would be possible to add an additional parameter for Application.

I no longer actively maintain this plugin, so if you'd like to become a maintainer and fix this (along with few other unresolved issues), I'm more than happy to give you full access.
