feat: add title_mode option #49

Add title handling mode option, providing 3 mode: tag_text, first_few, auto. Auto mode is default and a solution to issue #47 .

Glad to hear you feel better and back to work. About this PR, have you test with 01,02 title case? I did not do that test because I don't have an exact example.
