I've tried to update an older story, where the title contains an apostroph/single-quote: for the fic's title (both the title inside the rendered document and in my ebook reader), the apostroph/single-quote was replaced with and#039;, which means, the & was replaced with and, malforming the HTML entity ', so it no longer renders to '.
