/discord cannot be run by default #9

Using /discord as a player or an op gives a permission denied message. Not using any permission plugins.

What platform? If you're using Sponge this sort of behaviour is expected due to their permissions system.

Edit: just noticed your username lol, I need to set up issue templates in this repo still.

I'll give it a tinker, operators on Bukkit should have perms, but the command permission itself is false by default.
