When playing a Hikaru game, fullscreen is always 16:9. The 4:3 aspect ratio doesn't do anything in the settingsmenu. Forcing the fullscreen resolution to 4:3 (like 1280x960) doesn't resolve it either.
I'm using the latest version of Demul available: august 18, 2016, with the latest plugins.
