Cursor not automatically hidden when fullscreen #423

When lauching a game in fullscreen (from config), the cursor remains present, I have to push 2 times "F11" to have it to disappear.

I don't know if Demul really try to hide it at fullscreen startup but I guess?

Using Windows 10 Creators Update.
