howe can i skip fasten seat belt message in some club kart version?

you can't. Cycraft system is not emulated. but I'd say its not big loss at practice, besides added Cycraft support, Club Kart Cycraft is same game as 2003 version. same as InitialD for Cycraft is not different compared to regular InitialD 3.
