Ninja Assault netplay issue #480

When trying to play Ninja Assault with Kaillera, nothing happens when the second player presses the start button, even though the key is set properly in controls. I have had no problems pressing the start button as player 2 in Kaillera with other games such as House of the Dead 2 and Confidential Mission. This was tested specifically with Ninja Assault (World) (NJA2 Ver. A).

does any other P2 inputs works ? (can be seen in BIOS JVS Test or Game Test mode - Switch Test)

It's worth noting that the second player has to press the JVS test button separately from the first player, but once in the menu, the inputs from the first player control the menus. In the Switch Test, it looks like gun trigger (2p) doesn't do anything in addition to start button (2p). When not testing netplay, both triggers worked on this screen. I was testing correctly with the second player copy of Demul connected through Kaillera.
