Problem with fullscreen #488

Hello, when I play in fullscreen and I press F1 to enter a barcode, the game goes into smallscreen and I can not put it back in fullscreen afterwards.

demul uses exclusive full screen mode, which not allow to open other windows while in it. use windowed mode for barcode games.

You should be able to get back to fullscreen by Alt+Enter I guess?
