Ipega controller #510

(Sorry if i mispell something, english is not my first language) Hello, i use an ipega controller (that is recognized by the windows as an xbox 360 controller), and when i'm trying to bind the buttons it aways apears "JOY0_AXIS1_UP" that stands for the right analog when i'm pushing foward, but i'm not pushing it, and it isn't even a problem in my controller because this happens even if i disconnect the controller, does someone knows what is going on and maybe how can i fix it?

Nvm just rebooted the program and it worked, sorry for bothering youguys, i will delete the issue if it doesn't help anybody.
