Feature request: divorce the custom mob features from their parent entities #55

Hello,

Could you please divorce the custom mob features (such as flameTouch or pushAttackersAway) from their parent entities and allow one to assign these features to any entity? This would be very useful.

I understand that it's not simple to do with the way the code is structured, so I already implemented that myself and made a pull request. It may not be the best, but it seems to get the job done.

I will look into implementing something like this in RMR 2.5, but won’t be using the pull request.
