Make IdP wizard and organization portal open source except for vendor wizards. I.e. just generic SAML and OIDC.
Make a new repo (e.g. org-portal) and then make the vendor wizards a git submodule. Then the vendor wizards need to register themselves in order to be included in what is rendered in the picker.
