Boolean property to configure "force create user" also for MagicLinkContinuation flow
Implementation done according to MagicLink flow
Extracted common "is" method into AuthenticatorSharedUtils (used by MagicLinkContinuationAuthenticator & MagicLinkAuthenticator)
