Update to use keycloak-extensions. Release standalone and bundled jars #123

  1. Update to use https://github.com/p2-inc/keycloak-extensions
  2. Need to upgrade so that we release 2 jars. A standalone and a bundled. Use shade plugin a. https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-shade-plugin/examples/attached-artifact.html
