We have previously advised to just delete and create, but this in inconvenient.

In scope:

Add method to resend the email PUT /:realm/orgs/:orgId/invitations/:inviteId/resend-email

Out/future scope:

Update Admin UI and Admin Portal with a button to resend invitations to call the above method
Rate limiting to stop spamming
