Create normal/login events for organization actions

We should also have normal event types for actions like

• accept invitation
• decline invitation
• change active organization
• etc.

InvitationRequiredAction

• accept invitation
• decline(revoke) invitation

UserResource:

• change active organization("/switch-organization")

MembersResource:

• removeMember

  OrgAddUserAuthenticatorFactory:

• org.grantMembership(context.getUser());

PortalLinkActionTokenHandler:

• success event( authSession.setUserSessionNote(FIELD_ORG_ID, token.getOrgId());)
