After adding a new domain using the domain modal, then clicking to the settings, the list of domains doesn’t reflect the addition. You have to refresh to get it. It should immediately reflect the addition.
There is an issue that the API used to update the org doesn't invalidate the tags used to pull the domains information. Need to manually refresh.
