Logo url format #69

Setting the logoUrl in the admin UI to a “https://…” or “data/…” type works

But causes a broke image in the portal:

I know the upload happens in Keycloak-ui. There's some sort of Form error happening due to the library present there. Going to have to track that down more. We'll have to create an issue in that repo to fix.

App Icon issue is fixed. It wasn't pulling in the correct url.
