This mostly deals with the blue-labelled "Task" tasks on the Trello board:
The arabidopsis strain/mutant classifier has been removed. Because its network state file was the only reason for using Git-LFS, the other network states were re-committed so that they are handled with normal Git. Old commits still use it to access those files, however, though this shouldn't matter in most cases.
The unused regularization_coefficient parameter for conv_layers was removed throughout the code and examples. Other layers with this parameter are still around, however, even though only fully-connected layers seem to use it.
There were some small things to fix in the documentation for the test and validation splitting functions (set_test_split, set_validation_split, and set_train_test_split) with regards to clarifying their difference and how they split the total amount of samples.
All of the unit tests still pass with these changes and the examples in the "model" and "examples" folders still work.
