As a connector, I need a home page for the application that can discover peers and start a chat so that I can move to the rest of the application.

Acceptance Criteria:

• the home page shall include implementing the main activity class
• the home page is a fragment
• there exists a navigation graph with the home page as the nav root
• the home page shall display a peer list with device summaries
• a globally accessible function for creating a summary of a P2P device is made available.
• the home page shall be able to connect to another device, to the same level as functionality as our prototype.
• a drawer layout will be added to the root view (instead of the up button)
• espresso testing must be implemented
• unit testing must be implemented where applicable.
