As any user, our fragments need to be connected so that we can view all of the fragments together without needing separate branches

acceptance criteria:

• any data passed between fragments shall be linked with safeargs
• the navigation between fragments shall be built within the navigation graph in the navigation.xml file
• the application shall be able to navigate to every one of our existing views from the home view.
• the application shall be able to navigate back to the home fragment from any view in the application.
• the home fragment appearance and behavior shall be modified if the user is already connected to another peer.
